TIU Bikini Series
If you haven’t heard about TIU (Tone It Up), girl you’re missing out. They are a wonderful team that shares great workouts, weekly schedules, tips on living a healthy lifestyle, and more. I could seriously go on and on. The Bikini Series is an 8 week program that helps push members and non members to reach their goals. I always begin the series, but I never actually finish it. That’s what I am pushing myself to do. It starts on the 24th, and I will be posting weekly round-ups on my progress. At the end of the 8 weeks, I will post my overall thoughts and before and after pictures. I know it’s going to be tough, and I’m a picky eater. However, if I am unable to complete to nutritional guide, I’ll definitely keep track of the food I eat and log them.

We can be accountability buddies. I am so excited and nervous. It’s going to be a killer 8 weeks, but the boost I need in my slump of working out. I always have to mentally prepare myself for every workout. It’s difficult for me to just get up and hit the gym. I’m going to set personal goals for myself each week. For example, the amount of water I consume, how much dairy I can cut out, how much added and processed sugar I can avoid, etc. Lastly, I want to see how setting that routine in my life will eventually bring into perspective other aspects of my life. Organizing and planning my life better. Living purposefully. Let’s do this together. Share your best tips that help you get prepared for a workout.
