If you’re a coffee lover like me, you are almost always drinking coffee. The recipe I tried out today isn’t anything new, but I certainly hadn’t tried it before. I started off with warming up my Breville. Go steam wand, go! I just had to get a steamy shot for my blog.
Next I pulled my shots and mixed them with 2 teaspoons of Nutella. I suggest also adding a tablespoon or two of hazelnut syrup. Mix it until the Nutella and espresso become one. Then you steam and pour your milk. If you want to get real fancy, you can make Nutella whip cream. However, I just dusted chocolate powder over my foam.
If you want it to be a bit sweeter I suggest adding another pump of hazelnut or a bit f sugar. However, it should be sweet enough with out sugar. This drink can easily become a summer staple. Don’t steam your milk. Just add ice cubes and cold milk. That’s what I call an iced Nutella latte.
If you really want to impress your guests, melt some Nutella. Dip the rim of your mug or cup — then dip it into crushed hazelnuts. You can even top off your drink with a Ferrero Rocher. Fancy huh?
