It’s the first week of 2018 and my first ever vlog is up!
My New Year’s day vlog is live. 2018 has started off well, so far. Each month I am going to give up something that I eat too much of and isn’t that great for my body. Last month I gave up bread, and this month I’m going dairy-free. Which is much more difficult than expected. I’ve definitely failed a couple of times already, but I’m determined to continue.
