Becoming a Better Me
My post on Friday was all about my ugly side. I had to film a video talking a little bit more about it with examples. It’s Monday, I’m starting the TIU Bikini Series today. It’s an 8 week fitness and nutrition program. Along with working on my physical health, I want to improve my mental and emotional state. An all-over transformation. Above all, confronting my ugly sides to become the better version of me. The best I can be. That’s my goal. However I know it’s going to be tough. Like I have mentioned before. At the end of each day, I want to look back and think “hmm I did better today”. Baby steps. I’m taking it little by little. Follow me along on this journey.
If you know me, you know my struggle with my weight and loving myself completely. There’s a long road ahead of me. A challenge for sure, but I know I’ll become a stronger person because of it.
