AG Dry Wax Review
I have curly, frizzy hair. So holding a curl is never an issue for me when I do style it. However, the frizz is real. Especially when it’s humid. What’s the point of even doing my hair during the summer? During a session with Veronica, owner of Dolls and Beaus, she suggested trying out AG hair products. She used the AG Dry Wax, and I’ve loved it ever since. I’ve used the dry wax every time I style my hair. It holds my style and helps calm the frizz. Did I mention it smells really good? I typically use it on second day hair. I’ll be going into a more in depth hair care routine pretty soon. The dry wax helps with frizz, it adds texture and grit. Your hair won’t be crunchy but it definitely won’t be silky smooth.
I purchased the dry wax at Ulta.com and it’s $26.00 plus tax. I’ve been using the AG Dry Wax for 3 months, and I don’t even think I’m close to using it all up. Imagine a texturizing spray mixed in with a hair spray. That’s kind of how the dry wax works. How do you use it? Once you’re done styling your hair, spray pieces of your hair. Lift chunks of your hair, and then shake your fingers through your hair. That’s the best way to get messy, beachy texture.
